  The ospca especially this faculty is a disgusting organization. They are money scammers. They couldn’t careless about the animals well being they just throw around numbers and care about their cheques. a year ago a family members dog was in your shelter for 35 minutes and you guys charged her over 100 dollars to get him out. recently (oct 8th 2017) a dog came in with clear signs of being neglected and abused, I called for an update and was told she was given back to the ‘owner’, without proof of ownership! you guys preach on donating and helping animals but give them back to people who treat them poorly and disgusting. Shame on you and your whole centre. How do you look yourselves in a mirror, your all money snagging heartless people. I don’t understand how your doors are still open or why people still keep your company in business the knowledge you people have is as much as a goldfish and not the pet the damn cracker.
