- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I'm so grateful to Dr Sheppard and vet tech Jamie for their kindness and compassion. We arrived at the O'Sullivan Animal Hospital at 10:45pm with our beloved old cat who was in kidney failure. We had picked her up from our regular vet's near Orillia that afternoon hoping that several days on IV would have helped her kidneys to start functioning, but her health deteriorated that evening. We phoned O'Sullivan's and they were prepared for us when we arrived, taking us into a peaceful room. Their thoughtfulness, gentleness and sympathy made a difficult and heartbreaking time a bit easier. We were very impressed by this clinic and highly recommend it. They were awesome.
