- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This doctor isn’t the worst. But when I have to take time out of my work day I do expect to be able to go in for my scheduled appointment. When I have to take a hit out of my pay it isn’t okay to finally see the doctor and hour late. Of more time is needed for appointments then scheduling should be booked accordingly. Her secretary staff is the absolute worst that I have come across. They are extremely rude and belittle you. They do not care about her patients and should all be fired and replaced with staff that knows what customer service is. They do not give you a decent time frame to get blood work done. And you can also not see the doctor without it. If you have to reschedule do to this reason they charge you a fee. They accuse you of canceling when you were still going to see the doctor and can rebook a new appointment on the spot. So really it’s not a cancelation. Her staff in her office need to be replaced. The staff at the diabetes management Center are fantastic. Maybe they should be recruited to replace her staff in her actual office.by Patricia VaherJune 10, 2017
